CF-L1


Naturally, I passed my Level 1 test; all I have to do now is become proficient in the actual workouts. Daunting.

Box jumps, push-ups, back squats, dead lift, burpees, split jerks - like a fish to water.

Overhead squats, pull-ups - learning to swim.

And here are my CrossFit shoes, which, like CrossFit itself, are unquestionably effective, but tragically uncool.
